Exploration of a new residential development concept in Driggs, Idaho, created in collaboration with Phoenix Haus. This study visualizes the potential of integrating Phoenix Haus’s luxury home and ADU collection across multiple lots, highlighting the aesthetic consistency and architectural identity of their high-performance designs.

Set against the distant backdrop of Grand Teton National Park, the project includes detailed site planning, housing layouts, and natural landscape integration to illustrate a cohesive and inspiring future neighborhood vision.
