3-Phases Developpement | 45 Lots | Unique view over "the Monument" | Pond Environnement
This project involved the creation of high-end 3D visualizations for a new residential subdivision nestled in a striking natural setting between the Colorado National Monument and the Little Bookcliffs. The development features a large pond, diverse topography, and panoramic views across the Grand Valley.

The masterplan includes a 3-phase development totaling 45 residential lots for sale. My role focused on transforming early civil plans and design intentions into clear, compelling visual assets to support marketing and planning discussions.

Key contributions included:

3D site modeling of the pond, roads, and terrain

Visualization of custom pond features (private beach, island, cape, boat ramp)

Conceptual home placements and replicable landscaping design

Integration of regional landmarks and natural backdrops for realistic context

Coordination of many unique rendering viewpoints to capture the full scope of the site>

The project also explored AI-enhanced video renderings and web integration to support future sales, builder engagement, and stakeholder presentations.
