Residential Landscape Visualization | Grand Junction, Colorado

Tandem Studio collaborated with Benchmark Construction Management, Jenna Smith Design, and Collaborative Landscaping & Design to visualize a complete landscape transformation for an existing Grand Junction residence.

Working from the architectural IFC model and landscape design plans, the project focused on translating the proposed outdoor environment into a cohesive series of photorealistic renderings — including the pool and spa, patios, outdoor living spaces, curated planting, and landscaping surrounding the residence.

The visualization process preserved the established architectural and landscape design while bringing the complete project together through materials, vegetation, lighting, furnishings, and the distinctive Western Colorado environment.
