Commercial Development Graphic Design. A complete visual communication package, supporting the leasing and promotion of a new commercial destination in Delta, Colorado.

Beyond architectural visualization, this project expanded into the design of a complete marketing package for The Adelynn commercial development.

Working closely with Greenback Property Group, Tandem Studio developed printed and digital communication materials that translate the project's vision into clear, engaging, and easy-to-share marketing assets for prospective tenants and stakeholders.

The package combines architectural renderings, graphic design, branding exploration, mapping, and visual storytelling into a cohesive presentation system.
