This luxury wellness pavilion was conceived as a private retreat dedicated to health, recovery, and relaxation within the Pine Tree Residence. Connected directly to the master suite by a corten steel bridge floating above a meadow-inspired landscape, the pavilion transforms the journey between spaces into an immersive architectural experience.

Designed as a standalone structure integrated within the landscape, the pavilion combines a fully equipped fitness area with dedicated spa and sauna amenities. Natural stone walls, warm wood finishes, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and carefully framed views establish a strong connection between interior wellness spaces and the surrounding gardens. The floating bridge, water features, and native planting composition reinforce a sense of tranquility while creating a seamless transition between architecture and nature.

To support the design process, the visualization study was developed through a series of daytime and nighttime renderings. This approach allowed the design team to evaluate architectural ambiance, landscape integration, material expression, and lighting performance under varying conditions. Particular attention was given to the wellness experience, accurately simulating natural daylight, interior illumination, exterior lighting, and reflections across the water features to ensure a cohesive atmosphere throughout the day and evening.

Developed through a highly detailed 3D workflow, every architectural element, material finish, lighting fixture, furniture piece, wellness amenity, and landscape component was meticulously recreated to communicate the design intent with exceptional realism and accuracy.
