The living room serves as the central gathering space of the Pine Tree Residence, connecting seamlessly with the dining area, kitchen, mezzanine, and adjacent circulation corridors. Designed as the social heart of the residence, the space establishes a strong visual relationship between architecture, interior design, and the surrounding environment.

A dramatic double-height stone feature wall anchors the composition, complemented by a suspended fireplace, sculptural lighting elements, and carefully selected furnishings. The combination of natural materials, refined detailing, and generous volumes creates a sophisticated residential environment that balances contemporary design with warmth and comfort.

To support the design process, the visualization study was developed through both daytime and nighttime renderings, allowing the project team to evaluate the architectural atmosphere under varying lighting conditions. Particular attention was given to the lighting design strategy, accurately simulating natural daylight, interior illumination, material reflections, and spatial perception throughout the residence.

Developed through a highly detailed 3D workflow, every architectural element, material finish, furniture piece, lighting fixture, and decorative component was meticulously recreated to communicate the design intent with exceptional realism and accuracy.
