Located within the basement service corridor, theResidential Technology Hub serves as the digital backbone of the Pine Tree Residence. Designed to discreetly accommodate the home's network, automation, security, and communication systems, the space provides centralized access to the property's technical infrastructure while remaining fully integrated within the architectural design.

Custom shelving and equipment racks were developed to house networking hardware, servers, media distribution systems, smart-home controls, security equipment, and future technology upgrades. The layout was carefully organized to ensure accessibility for maintenance while maximizing storage efficiency within the dedicated service corridor.

Although primarily functional in nature, the space follows the same design principles applied throughout the residence, with clean architectural detailing, concealed cable management, integrated storage, and a refined material palette that elevates the technical environment beyond a conventional utility room.

The visualization study focused on accurately representing the shelving systems, equipment organization, circulation clearances, and service access requirements necessary to support the technological infrastructure of a contemporary luxury residence.
