Project Description
The Exterior Architecture & Landscape Visualization study explores the architectural identity of the Pine Tree Residence through a comprehensive series of daytime and nighttime renderings. Designed as a contemporary luxury residence immersed within a mature woodland setting, the project emphasizes the relationship between architecture, landscape, and natural light.
The residence is composed of interconnected pavilions organized around courtyards, water features, and outdoor living spaces. Low horizontal rooflines, expansive glazing, natural stone walls, and warm wood finishes establish a refined architectural language that seeks to blur the boundary between interior and exterior environments.
Particular attention was given to the arrival experience, landscape integration, and the visual sequence discovered while moving through the property. Garden rooms, private terraces, reflecting water features, and carefully curated planting compositions were developed to create a seamless transition between architecture and nature.
To support the design process, the study was developed through both daytime and nighttime visualization scenarios. This approach allowed the design team to evaluate architectural presence, material expression, landscape composition, and lighting performance under varying conditions. Exterior lighting, transparency, reflections, and the interaction between built and natural elements were carefully studied to create a cohesive experience throughout the property.
Developed through a highly detailed 3D workflow, every architectural component, material finish, landscape element, lighting fixture, furnishing, and water feature was meticulously recreated to communicate the design intent with exceptional realism and accuracy.
