This project features updated 3D renderings for a new residential subdivision in Fruita, Colorado. The visuals were developed to support real estate marketing and early construction communication, showcasing the homes within their natural Western Colorado context.

The scope includes exterior renderings of newly revised home designs, reflecting recent architectural updates, modified floor plans, and refreshed color and material selections. Particular attention was given to accurately integrating the development into its surroundings, with views toward the Colorado National Monument and landscape elements inspired by local vegetation and geology.

Produced using the latest rendering technologies, the visuals emphasize realistic lighting, materials, and scale, providing clear, market-ready imagery optimized for listings, presentations, and digital communication.
