In collaboration with Coker Homes, I had the pleasure of contributing to a unique residential development featuring 25 thoughtfully designed homes. This new subdivision includes a variety of 1-story and 2-story units—triplexes, duplexes, and quadplexes—designed to meet diverse living needs while maintaining a cohesive architectural vision.

My role covered the full scope of 3D visualization and digital presentation, including:

Complete 3D modeling of each home type (interior and exterior)

A detailed subdivision masterplan model with landscaping and background scenery

Over 50 photorealistic renderings, tailored to support both internal design validation and client-facing visuals

Accurate, clean floorplans for all unit types

A dedicated project website — www.famvalleyranch.com — specifically built to showcase the renderings and market the development

A social media video created as a visual recap of the project, offered as a thank-you to the client
