Pine Tree Residence | Mezzanine Game Room | Luxury Residential Visualization

Project type

Luxury Residential Entertainment & Mezzanine Visualization

Date

September 2023

Location

Belgium

The Mezzanine Game Room visualization explores a suspended entertainment and social space overlooking the heart of the Pine Tree Residence. Floating above the double-height living room, the mezzanine was designed as a secondary gathering area where recreation, conversation, and architecture converge within a single immersive environment.

Accessible by a sculptural stairway crafted from metal mesh panels, the space establishes a strong visual connection with the residence while maintaining its own distinct identity. Along the mezzanine and connecting bridge, a custom ribbed curtain woven from nickel rings creates a delicate balance between openness and privacy, filtering views and light while introducing texture and movement throughout the space.

From every vantage point, the monumental stone feature wall of the living room remains visible, reinforcing the architectural continuity between levels. The mezzanine was designed to celebrate this relationship, allowing residents to experience the scale and materiality of the residence from elevated perspectives while remaining visually connected to the spaces below.

The visualization study was developed through both daytime and nighttime renderings, allowing the design team to evaluate architectural ambiance, material expression, transparency, and lighting performance under varying conditions. Particular attention was given to the interaction between the metal mesh stair enclosure, the nickel ring curtain system, and the integrated lighting strategy, ensuring a cohesive atmosphere throughout the residence.

Developed through a highly detailed 3D workflow, every architectural element, material finish, furnishing, decorative feature, and lighting fixture was meticulously recreated to communicate the design intent with exceptional realism and accuracy.
