This visualization study focuses on the private bedroom wing of the Pine Tree Residence, where three secondary bedroom suites are organized along a continuous floating deck overlooking the landscaped grounds and surrounding pine forest.

Designed as a quieter and more intimate extension of the residence, this portion of the home emphasizes privacy, natural light, and a direct relationship with the landscape. Floor-to-ceiling glazing opens each suite toward the exterior terrace, allowing uninterrupted views of the gardens and mature pine trees.

A continuous floating deck connects the three suites while creating individual outdoor living spaces for each bedroom. The architecture combines natural stone cladding, warm wood finishes, and expansive glazing, reinforcing the contemporary language developed throughout the residence.

The rendering study explores the relationship between architecture, landscape, and topography, with particular attention given to the floating terrace structure, material transitions, and the visual continuity between interior and exterior spaces. Daytime and evening renderings were developed to evaluate natural lighting conditions, architectural illumination, and the atmosphere of the private residential wing throughout the day.
