This series of exterior 3D renderings was created to showcase Porter Homes’ latest build in the scenic Soaring Eagle subdivision, set to be featured in the 2025 HBA of Western Colorado Parade of Homes.

The visual concept was designed to highlight the home’s striking architecture against the dramatic backdrop of the Colorado National Monument cliffs. Capturing the soft June light and the sense of movement in the landscape, the renderings emphasize the home’s integration with its surroundings—including the nearby pond reservoir and the sweeping views of the red rock formations.

Each rendering was delivered in multiple formats—landscape, square, and portrait—to provide maximum versatility across print, web, and social media platforms. The material palette, developed by Redstone Interiors, was carefully incorporated to reflect the intended finishes and design mood.

This project marks the beginning of a creative partnership between Tandem Studio, Porter Homes, and Redstone Interiors, aligning thoughtful design with high-end visual storytelling.
